EnV Salon Color Bar Policies
For any new guest that is wanting a Color service, we recommend a Complimentary Consultation. We require a valid credit card for all new guests to reserve an appointment. Your card will not be charged, it is to hold the reservation for you.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We understand that life events may occur that may keep you from your scheduled appointment. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule that occur less than 24 hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. If no card is on file, we will require a valid credit card on file to book a future appointment.
We provide email and text appointment confirmations four days before your appointment date, and confirmation calls two days prior.
All No-Shows will be subject to a 100% scheduled service fee. If no card is on file, we will require are valid credit card on file to book a future appointment.
We ask that you respect our Artists and our other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Retail – We stand behind our products and are proud to have them as our partners. However, if you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days, you can return for a salon credit or exchange for another product.
Service – All services are non-refundable. However, we will schedule a complimentary corrective service. The service must be a mistake from one our Artist. Changing your mind, after the service has been performed, will not be accepted as a complimentary corrective service. Corrective services will not be allowed 14 days past initial service date.
We welcome our guests to book appointments online. To make an appointment online, a credit card will be required to reserve the appointment. Please note: not all of our Artists allow online booking on their books, and some Artists only allow certain services bookable online.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and check. We no longer accept cash as a form a payment. However, we do have envelopes available to leave cash gratuity.
