A complimentary consultation is required for any new guest requesting a color service.

A credit card will be required on file to book your appointment. 

Retail products bought in store or online may only be exchanged for another product if within 14 days of purchase. 

Services are non-refundable.

A complimentary corrective service will be offered within 14 days of your original appointment if you are unhappy with your results.

Appointment cancellations require at least a 24-hour notice. Please call the salon and a member of our reception team will be happy to assist you.

We understand emergencies happen; Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your service fee within the 24-hour period, out of respect for the stylist's time.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service fee.
