NEW GUESTS

We require a complimentary consultation for a new guest that is requesting a color service, or if it has been over a year since you have last visited our salon. A credit card on file is also required in order to book your appointment.

REFUNDS

Retail products bought in store or online may only be exchanged for another product if within 14 days of purchase. Services are non refundable. Although in the event that a mistake was made, the stylist will offer a complimentary corrective service within 14 days of the original appointment date.

CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to cancel your appointment, we require at least a 24 hour notice. Please call the salon and a member of our reception team will be happy to assist you. We understand emergencies happen, but otherwise we reserve the right to charge 50% of your service fee.Out of respect for the stylists, No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
